Graham Offer is a well established Consultant Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeon, performing Aesthetic/Cosmetic Plastic Surgery for over 20 years.
Graham Offer is a fully accredited plastic surgeon on the Plastic Surgery Specialist register of the General Medical Council. He is also a full member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), both based at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Graham was previously on the Council of BAAPS and is currently a council member for BAPRAS.

Mr Adam Sierakowski FRCS (Plast) is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, fully trained in the United Kingdom. He studied medicine at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ School of Medicine in London and completed his plastic surgical training within the London Deanery rotation.

He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (Plastic Surgery) and is certified in Cosmetic Surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons. He also holds European and British Diplomas in Hand Surgery and is a member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons.
​
Mr Sierakowski completed his plastic surgical training in the UK and has worked as an NHS Consultant Plastic Surgeon for seven years. Since 2023, he has been in full-time independent practice. He is the author of multiple publications in peer-reviewed medical journals.
​
His areas of expertise include cosmetic surgery of the breast, body contouring, skin cancer surgery, minor surgery, and hand surgery. He speaks English.
As a fully UK-trained Consultant Plastic Surgeon, Mr. Sierakowski is excited to bring his skills to Gibraltar. He is passionate about providing high-quality, safe, and bespoke care for his patients and is committed to delivering an exceptional standard of service.
