This website is published and operated by GibMed International Hospital, ICC Building, Casemates Square, Gibraltar GX11 1AA.

You can reach us on +350 200 49999, by email at info@gibmed.gi, or in person during our opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm. We are closed at weekends.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean GibMed International Hospital, and “you” means anyone using this website.

Accepting these terms

By using this website you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time — when we add or change services, or when the law changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date it was last updated is shown at the foot of the page. If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the revised terms.

Medical disclaimer

The information on this website is general information about our hospital and the services we provide. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified clinician who knows your medical history.

Never delay seeking medical advice, and never disregard advice you have already been given, because of something you have read on this website.

In a medical emergency, call 999. This website is not monitored around the clock, and it must never be used to report an emergency or an urgent change in your condition.

Where we describe treatments, techniques or recovery times, we are describing what is typical. Individual results, risks and suitability differ from person to person and can only be assessed in person, by the clinician responsible for your care.

Enquiries and appointment requests

The forms on this website send an enquiry to our team. They do not book, hold or confirm an appointment, and sending one does not create a clinical relationship between you and GibMed.

An appointment exists only once a member of our team has contacted you and confirmed it. We aim to reply within one working day. Our reception is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and closed at weekends, so a message sent on a Friday evening will usually be answered on the Monday.

Please do not send clinical details, test results or anything else you would consider sensitive through an enquiry form. If your question is clinical or urgent, call us on +350 200 49999 instead.

Using this website

You may use this website to find information about our services and to get in touch with us. We may withdraw or suspend access to it, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

You must not:

• use the website in any way that breaks the law, or that could damage, disable or impair it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server it is hosted on, or any system or network connected to it;
• introduce viruses, or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the law of Gibraltar. The courts of Gibraltar have exclusive jurisdiction.
